Appeal for witnesses to a theft – Banbury

We are appealing for witnesses following a theft in Banbury.

Between 1.30pm and 1.45pm, a group of three men stole a dark grey and blue Rascal 388XL mobility scooter with a rain coat from the victim, a man in his nineties, outside Orinoco on the Banbury High Street on Wednesday (1/10).

The offenders are described as a group of three white men in their late teens.
